Common Inquiries
What do you supply for overnight boarding and what should I bring?
We supply above ground beds with vet bedding inside. Water and food bowl as well as enrichment toys. We would suggest bringing any favourite toys and a blanket from home to make your dog feel more settled. You are also more than welcome to bring their own bed if you feel they will be more comfortable. Do not forget their medications if they take any for the time they are with us.
My pet has a special diet. Can their needs be accommodated?
Yes, we can accommodate special dietary requirements. We have refrigeration facilities especially for the kennels. Owners will need to provide their own food.
How can I check on my pet during their stay?
If you wish we can give you regular updates through whatsApp during their stay with us. Or daily photos will be posted on our social media pages.
What if my vacation is delayed?
Don't stress, advise us of your situation and we will accommodate your dog until you're back. There may be some additional charges that are applicable like an extra overnight stay. If we are unable to accommodate your emergency contact will need to collect your dog.
What if my dog gets sick?
If your dog requires veterinary attention we will try to get your dog to your own vet. However if this is not possible we will use our own vet which is Parkside Veterinary Group Dundee Branch. The cost of any treatments will be down to the owner.
